Dear Viewers,

I am bit delay for this post, kindly excuse me for the same.

First of all I post my THANKS to one and all who visited our Stall.

This ITMA ASIA show has given me few more ideas and better understanding of the industry. This time I got an opportunity to understand the CHINA market instead of just hearing as news.

Lot of Chinese machinery manufactures participated as it is good exposure to the International market in their own country.

When I try to attempt Chinese visitors they are little reluctant and avoid and goes to our Chinese agent and Chinese girl appointed (almost in all stall there is a Chinese person to attend or to translate was appointed) for translation.

On the way back home met a LMW key person and got some worth messages and

would like to share the same with you.

1. Even though the Labour cost in not cheaper than India their efficiency is 3 times better.

2. Now they looking to automate fully their plants to reduce the cost.

3. Suggested to invest by our own instead having local partner as they will start a company parallel.

4. It is easy to get apporaval in USA for the new products than China.

Visitors from India are generally shown priority of interests as follows,
Spinning, Weaving, knitting then other areas.

We got a fair respnse and acceptance with almost all part of the world.

This name is familiar with North Indian visitors too. We are proud about it.

First LTE 260/4S in INDIA

The first model of its kind was installed successfully in India at Prem Durai Exports. LTE 260/4S with DIR 940 (conveyor feeding with higher end technology) cuts 3500 T-Shirts in one hour. You can see the bundles around the machine. You may need feeding and un loading for this machine. IN 24 hours it can cut 9000 Kg to 12,000 Kg of fabric.

Prem Durai Exports who brought LTE 206 in the year of 1997 and again given entry for W 606, Now for LTE 260/4S. The first entries for different models. Thanks to PGC.

New Launch of Bierrebi's product range. Among the range of products ONLY this machine needs CAD as it works based on CAD designed Layout again with Single operator and less power consumption (2KW/Hour).

Make the layout, transfer to the mahcine from the system or feed through the flash drive to the machine and confirm then Start, your Production starts instant.

Any Garments in Hosiery or Denim can be cut. One can get the Efficiency or the best fabric utilisation on the TABLE, not only on the MONITOR. No need of any allowance on the fabric for deformation purpose.

The real Efficiency and less wastage even in openwidth or in Tubular form. Maximum 3 tubular is possible.

Many People think that in Bierrebi concept Openwidth fabric cutting and side seam garment cutting are not possible.

But the fact is, its quite possible and in practice for many years. Bierrebi many years back provided solution for printed fabrics.

Few pictures here illustrate that 2000 mm width fabric precisly folded and feeding into LTE for Brief production.

Here too you can able to save some fabric against lay cutting as ours is impact cuttting. Single blade cuts the fabrics and makes the pieces according to the pattern. So NO NEED to give allowance between components.

Continuous Cutting

Knitted Garments can be cutted in two forms. One is inTubular and another is Openwidth (for Printed fabric) form.

The tubular again can be classifeid as cutting as tubular body and another is with Side Seam.

The diameter of the fabric is planned according to the volume, size mainly.

Wider Dia generally used for low quantity per size per style. Since the volume is less practically we can not process many dia which will increasethe cost and preparations.

For volume garments per SIZE per STYLE it is always better to choose the right dia to save the fabric which is the MAJOR investment of the entire Garment Making.

In case the garment is printed then we have the option of Openwidth to avoid the folding waste, get the good repeat along the width to avoid handling much bigger dia fabric.

Apart from this if we look into the best cutting system is Manual cutting. But it is less productive and needs more people which will not give the consistency of Quality.

Now, Widely Hosiery Industry are using Manual cutting for Pattern matching, Cut Wash and Cut again.

Then Lay cutting is now more popular but the consumption per Garment is also more and needs more people, space and ends up with lot of wastage. If the numbers of lay increased then the size of bottom pieces gets variations compare to the top layer peices.

The industry giving allowance while using suction method both in width and length.

This method become popular just because of the virtual flexibility (one can plan according to the fabric available. But practically, it is not for production and only for samples or shortage)efficiency in the Monitor and for few calcualtions to decide the fabric usage. But in real it is not so.

Just a simple logic and practical example.

In multiple laying of fabric it is not possible to align the fabric on both the edges or folds. So we have to plan only one fold and that is only possible to utilise with half pattern as Garment.
While making lay we have to fold or cut at the end of the lay in length. Here we loosing at least half an inch on both the ends to ensure our shape.
So in 3 sides of the lay we are wasting the fabric and how can the efficiency will increase?
Also due to heavy suction it is not possible to use the common cut in all the places and hence loosing the fabric which is called technical waste.

Where as in tubular cutting we are utilising on both the folds and in continuous cutting we are saving the end waste.

How it is possible?
As Length is the Limitation for best efficiency with repeats then, how it is possible to avoid the edge waste?
How it is poosible to have common cut in all the places?
